We manage a diverse portfolio of short-term vacation rentals, long-term leases, and mid-term furnished stays throughout the Park City area. With a strong foundation, a reputation for exceptional service, and a deep love for our community, we’re growing—and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of rental properties by identifying and securing new homeowner and investment clients. This is a “hunter” role—ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, lead generation, and closing deals. You will represent all three of our management offerings: short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely a couple days a week, but the majority of time should be spent in the field—meeting property owners, networking with agents, and building a presence in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out new homeowner leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, open houses, and realtor/investor partnerships
• Meet with property owners to understand their needs and present PMI Mountain Collection’s services
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract
• Represent our brand professionally in the community and at local events
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report regularly on activity and conversion metrics
• Work closely with ownership to refine messaging and improve client acquisition strategies
• Stay current on market trends, rental regulations, and local real estate dynamics
• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
• Utilize our provided marketing materials and brand resources in all outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Sales, real estate, or business development experience is a plus—but not required for the right motivated candidate
• Strong local knowledge of the Park City area and surrounding markets
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who is goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Tech-savvy (CRM tools, email marketing, digital lead tracking) is strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and availability for in-person meetings and site visits
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + field work)

Compensation:

• Base Monthly Stipend
• Bonus Structure based on signed management agreements (tiered by rental type)
• Additional Incentives for exceeding performance goals
